  12.      This IFL format is used to access image files stored in the Kodak Photo
  13.      CD Overview Pac format.  Every Kodak Photo CD contains a file in this
  14.      format called "overview.pcd"; this file contains a low resolution
  15.      representation of each image on the Photo CD.

  17.      The inherited iflFile member functions sssseeeettttCCCCuuuurrrrrrrreeeennnnttttIIIImmmmgggg(), ggggeeeettttCCCCuuuurrrrrrrreeeennnnttttIIIImmmmgggg(),
  18.      and ggggeeeettttNNNNuuuummmmIIIImmmmggggssss() can be used to select and query the number of images and
  19.      the current image index.  Note that iflPCDO's indices start at 0 whereas
  20.      the Photo CD Image Pac file names start at 1; so, for example, the image
  21.      in the Image Pac file img0010.pcd is at index 9 in the iflPCDO.

  23.      The orienation of the images in a PCDO file are determined by the
  24.      orientation of the image contents on the original film, and may be
  25.      different for each image in the Overview Pac.  The orienation for a given
  26.      image will always be the same as that of the corresponding Image Pac
  27.      file.  See the iiiiffffllllPPPPCCCCDDDD man page for more information about the orientation
  28.      of Photo CD images.  The color model of an iflPCDO is ilRGB.

  30.      The initial image index may be selected by appending :<_n> to the filename
  31.      passed to iiiiffffllllFFFFiiiilllleeee::::::::ooooppppeeeennnn(), where <_n> is the index of the desired image.
  32.      The default image index is 0.

  34.      IFL's access to a Kodak Photo CD Overview Pac file is read-only; it does
  35.      not support creation or modification of Kodak Photo CD files.
